Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Delivery (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days.

Express Delivery (selected cities): 1–2 business days.

International Shipping: Available for select countries. Delivery timelines vary (7–15 business days).

Free Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,500 within Pakistan.

Orders below Rs. 3,500 will be charged a standard delivery fee (calculated at checkout).

International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.

You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, customs delays) may affect delivery timelines.
